I sold a car back to BMW after 9 years. They said they really wanted it because they knew the history of the car. They bought it and then listed it the very next day for over $4,000 more. I was a loyal customer, since I purchased the car. They don’t respect or honor their loyal and dedicated customers. It’s only about the $$$ for them.

RecommendedMy vehicle is very important to me, so knowing the issues and the time frame in which it will be fixed is a major factor in my experience. The communication from Evan at Bert Smith BMW was exceptional, made me feel like I was taken care of and more importantly, that my car was taken care of; and it was! 😊 I'd be happy to have my BMW i3 serviced at this location again in the future.
I have scheduled my car for service twice. Both times have been no show for valet. No phone call. No apology. Just no show. Today I have now called five times. Each time I call I am told someone will call me back in a few minutes. Still nothing. If you are this unresponsive on scheduling, how bad must you be in actual performance of maintenance?
