RecommendedMy daughter goes to college in Florida and I live in New York. She has a 2011 328xi with an excellent maintenance record. Her car was making a noise, and she took it to a local shop at the recommendation of many of the college parents. We had a disastrous experience with them. They told her she needed parts she didn’t, charged her way too much money, and left her with a broken unsafe car, after the fact admitting they don’t work on German cars. Long wait for service to answer phone line to be answered. One time asked for a call back from the recording and no call. No loaner when I left my car. Valet told me my service rep would be right with me. I waited in the waiting area for 20 minutes. When I went up to the valet? He told me he forgot about me
