Friendly personell, always able to get a great price. Service is great but overpriced. Service scheduler needs to check with shop to review availability before making appointments.

Charles helped me with getting new xenon lights for my bmw z4 - we hit a snag in the parts shop only having one, but when I left he called me to come back because a local shop had 2 that they could deliver over. So grateful for his help!

BMW used to offer BMW loaner car when you bring in for service, but not anymore. Hope they can resume this service soon.Mercedes, Audi and Porsche have no problem providing loaner, not sure why only BMW cannot. This will make me consider to buy other brand next time.

Max is an excellent sales manager who really went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my car purchase. BMW covered Uber rides to and from Berkeley twice to cover small, but important details with my car that would ensure that I was satisfied.
