Calvin, Max and the rest of the team at Fremont BMW were great. Even though my purchase was remote, it felt like it was done right at the dealership. They made sure everything went smoothly. From the purchase of my M3 to the setting up the delivery. They even had a facetime session with me to show me my car, and to make sure I was pleased with my choice before making the purchase. Just wanted to say thank you to the Fremont BMW team.

They expedited my alignment service while I waited after having to make and cancel prior appointments ..they treated me respectfully, had nice waiting area! No upsell pressure!! And a free car wash!! Yay!

Dan was fantastic support. Very professional. Vehicle had few nagging issues but all were addressed quickly. I was even provided a loaner vehicle without my request. Communication was great. I was kept updated regularly. I truly appreciate the service I received.
