Had annual car maintenance service at BMW of Fremont. Service team has been very helpful from scheduling, changing appt time and providing quality service as always. Matthew Richardson (service representative) is very friendly and helpful. He explained clearly the type of service required, what else to recommend and watch for in future. He also helped arranging ride and text me promptly. Overall, I feel very satisfied with the service. Even though the location is out of my way, I will definitely revisit as needs arise.
