I thought I found the perfect vehicle at BMW of Delray Beach through www.cars.com. It's a beautiful vehicle that we were looking forward to being shipped to our home because we live 600 miles/9 hours away from this dealership. The service dept is a horror show. First when you call no one answers the phone except a call center in another state. I had animal that ate the car wires. The charge was about $ 2500. They didn’t say make an auto claim. I had to figure that on my own. A few weeks after the wire problem I start getting a SOS malfunction indicator light alert.
