We had the worst service at BMW Delray Beach In Florida. Our service advisor Evelyn was extremely rude and unprofessional. She lacked knowledge of the BMW warranty on the parts, was extremely vague in providing details and updates during the service (we actually got better updates from the service advisor at BMW in Cincinnati and they weren’t even servicing our car).
