I love the staff and the service! My car gets top tier treatment every time. They are the best!
Had oil change and rear differential. Service department is very informative and kind.
Justin was wonderful. Great communicator and very easy to reach directly at all hours. He provides the kind of top shelf service you would expect from BMW.
Took the car in for brake system recall. Service agent thought work might take longer than one day. So they provided a loaner car, which was brand new. Repair was completed mid afternoon so I was able to pick up my car the same day. Service people are always very courteous and polite, and give good descriptions on repairs so you know what to expect. Very satisfied
