The worst repair people to deal with. After several repairs, my car is still not right. Have had wires running over my motor and car running hot on the way home. Had a motor issue repaired that is still the same years later, maybe even worse. Something illegal is going on with these people and they need to be addressed.

I was loyal customer to this dealership with no gaps in my maintenance and top of the line policy with my extended warranty All dealership maintenance November 2020 my vehicle shut off completely on a very busy ************* silver spring on my commute to work 6am on a raining Monday morning(essential work)nearly resulting a severe accident due to vehicle behind me having to quickly jump into another lane without smashing me from the rear All of this happened Prior to complaining to the dealership more then 3x after only a r... read more

Contrary to the assertions that the vehicle engine failure was due to the engine being "starved of oil", the undisputed evidence conclusively demonstrated that when inspected after the vehicle engine failure the oil level was determined to be less than one quart low. The determined cause of the engine failure was a broken timing chain guide. The Circuit Court for Montgomery County determined that there was no genuine dispute as to any material fact and that BMW ... read more

Beware of BMW dealers and avoid buying the BMW X7! My X7 has been plagued with loud braking noises, and despite repeated servicing and inspections by multiple dealers, including the one I bought it from, the issue remains unresolved. Their ‘solution’ was to drive fast and pump the brakes, which, of course, did absolutely nothing. After trying everything, the dealers admitted they couldn’t figure out the problem and refused to replace the brakes. **** ****** the service manager tried to steal money after a national disaster. He is hands down the worst service manager I have ever seen. They quoted me ****** and when I took my car somewhere else they said no flood damage and it was ***** to fix. He is a terrible person.
