The worst and unprofessional dealership ever. There is no customer service and the staff is disrespectful. If you have the chance to visit another dealership, do so. They are scamming people. What ***** is that they kiss your **** when your car is on lease and as soon as you purchase it everything goes out the ******* NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS DEALERSHIP

IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH . THEY WOULDNOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY LIE TO YOU. THEY DELIBERETLY MESSED MY CAR UP SO THAT I COULD BRING IT BACK TO THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.EVERYTHING WASWRONG O/WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK AND I'M STILLHAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR. I PLAN TO FILE A LAWSUIT .

My mother passed away with a balance of $4,969 left remaining on the loan of a 2019 mini ****** ********** all4. I notified the probate department and was assured no late fees would be added and that I wasnt responsible for the debt. While going through ancillary probate they sent the payment to collections and repossessed the vehicle. I offered to pay the remaining balance and expressed the desire to refinance the car in my name once probate was finalized. I once called the customer service number as soon as I noticed that the number on the ****** website was a mnemonic number that matched my first and last name and date of birth and still havent gotten a response

I own a 2016 BMW 435i xDrive with only ****** miles. My ****** Kardon amplifier recently failed due to water intrusionan issue BMW has acknowledged in ***************** Bulletin SI B65 21 19. This is a known design flaw affecting amplifiers mounted in the trunk.Despite the low mileage and clear link to a documented engineering defect, BMW of North America has declined to offer any goodwill repair assistance. I was scheduled to leave my vehicle to have 2 recalls taken care of at 9am and was told it would take 2 hours. No one ever called or updated me , I called 4 times and got transferred 3 times left multiple text and voicemails until it was 5pm and Im stuck with no car. Finally got a call at 5:40 they forgot about my car and would work on it the next day. I purchased 4 tires in BMW of Alexandria in 05/17/24 and told me had ****** road hazard warranty and 6 years w M warranty. On 05/10/25 I took my car to *** of ******* for break serviced and I told them to check my tires why Right back passenger tire was lower air. Technician told me Right back passenger tire had nail and lower tread, needed to replace will cost $396. I told them I changed 4 tires less than 1 year.
