Bmw of alexandria lied on a VA state inspection when I asked them they said they would reimburse me for the repairs. But never did and wont respond to any emails or phone calls. Terrible customer service.
The worst services charges i paid for Seat belt replacement, The Seat belt part# **-11-7-469-953 is available on ************ @ 506.46$ but they ordered $710,,, I don't know from where they ordered that expensive May be they order From Moon or Mars , Ridiculously expensive charges of this *** Alexandria services.That's why their rating on BBB web site review is 1.27 ....
IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH . THEY WOULDNOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY LIE TO YOU. THEY DELIBERETLY MESSED MY CAR UP SO THAT I COULD BRING IT BACK TO THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.EVERYTHING WASWRONG O/WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK AND I'M STILLHAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR. I PLAN TO FILE A LAWSUIT .
I purchased 4 tires in BMW of Alexandria in 05/17/24 and told me had ****** road hazard warranty and 6 years w M warranty. On 05/10/25 I took my car to *** of ******* for break serviced and I told them to check my tires why Right back passenger tire was lower air. Technician told me Right back passenger tire had nail and lower tread, needed to replace will cost $396. I told them I changed 4 tires less than 1 year. The service department is a Joke! I strongly recommend going to another service department. I came in for an oil change which I had an appointment for and it took them 3 1/2 hours, no one knew what was going on I honestly thought that they lost my car. Complete and utter disrespect for customers. I've purchased 7 vehicles from this particular dealership over the last four years and I guarantee you I will never be back. They stole my money out my center console!!! As a new resident in ******** I went to BMW of Alexandria for my annual service. When I scheduled my appointment on a Friday for the upcoming Monday the gentlemen who scheduled me informed me that he would be my advisor and he would be present for the appointment. He asked me if I would be dropping off or waiting which I informed him I would be waiting as it was a routine 2/3 hour service. Terrible experience from beginning to end. They were obviously backed up but continued accepting new appointments because why not...screw the customers. You will never be able to reach your advisor by phone and they will only text you back for an update if you're lucky. My car was there for 5 weeks and there was little to no **************** extended warranty did not cover the repair due to miscommunication on the part of the technician. I do not recommend you come here.
"I financed a new *** X5 through my company, ***************** The finance manager deceived me into purchasing a $4,000 warranty, which increased my premiums and the overall car price. The car already comes with a 3-year maintenance warranty, including three oil changes from ***. He did not mention this, even though my wife noted that her old car had a maintenance warranty. They fooled me into signing up for maintenance agreement for 4 years cost of which is $2,700.00. Which covers only oil change !!!!! What a scam. I admit it was my fault to sign on that. I was 36 weeks pregnant when purchasing and was assured it covered all basic services but lie like that extremely disappointed. I m hoping they have some decency to cancel that and refund the unused portion. Service wait time is horrible as well.
