Im 100% sure that the McDonalds employee can treat you better than then BMW Gallery! They're very rude and could careless about their customers! We will NEVER be purchasing another BMW because of their very poor and rude customer service !

Thank you Albert!! New motor under warranty, new everything pretty much. Called me weekly for updates and even detailed the car and test drove for 200km before pick up. People aren't perfect but I saw genuine care and regard. Great job BMW gallery.
Long standing issues are not resolved. No attention to client satisfaction. Empty promises in writing by the GM with no follow through to resolve problems. Wish zero stars was an option, but one was the minimum. 'Poor' doesn't reflect experience with BMW Gallery.
