WOODY, Grant, and the Team are great to deal with. I have never had any problems with them!!
Bought a used mustang here , has 1 missing lug nuts, no radiator coolant, front spoiler has no screws ,dent in the driver side and front bumper, and phone pairing divice is not working for 18,000Cad , Ryan said hes gonna send via mail the missing lug nut and this very day f*ckin lug nut hasnt arrived.
Worst dealership in my experience. Quoted $1600 for a windshield replacement. It cost me $350 at a shop across the street that was licensed and warrantied their work. Also overpaid for the car because I did not do my research. I would highly avoid this dealership. The also hired a new sales man who used to work for Audi across the street. I remember him saying that Audi's are much better than BMW when my mom went to test drive a q5. Funny that he works at BMW gallery now selling BMW's...
I dealt with Michael Wozniak. Was a very good experience. Love my new 2018 X3.
