Very bad experience. Sold us a vehicle that was from out of province and we couldn’t register it until it was inspected. Sales staff don’t return calls, no transparency, not ethical. Will never re-visit this dealership.

I have purchased several cars from the BMW gallery as well as have my vehicles serviced by the gallery. Rada is hands down the best sales man to deal with and earl is the most pleasant and super professional service advisor.

I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q5 Tdi for from David Josephson and Tarek at Gallery BMW back in August for my mother. She had a few issues with the car and I was beginning to think I'd bought a lemon. She lives in NH and David sent up a loaner car for her, took the Q5 back to his shop, ordered parts from Germany and fixed EVERYTHING! The car has been absolutely PERFECT since. DO NOT drive away from Scott Steele with the promise that something will be taken care of in the future. A lot of flash with no show or attention. Always seems to be working on someone else's deal, even when you're there.
Long standing issues are not resolved. No attention to client satisfaction. Empty promises in writing by the GM with no follow through to resolve problems. Wish zero stars was an option, but one was the minimum. 'Poor' doesn't reflect experience with BMW Gallery.
