Beware of BMW dealers and avoid buying the BMW X7! My X7 has been plagued with loud braking noises, and despite repeated servicing and inspections by multiple dealers, including the one I bought it from, the issue remains unresolved. Their ‘solution’ was to drive fast and pump the brakes, which, of course, did absolutely nothing. **** ****** the service manager tried to steal money after a national disaster. He is hands down the worst service manager I have ever seen. They quoted me ****** and when I took my car somewhere else they said no flood damage and it was ***** to fix. He is a terrible person. The only nice person is the manager **** who helped get my car released to be towed to another location when they tried to charge me for inspections I didnt approve. We have purchased 2 M class BMW's from this dealership in the last 2 years along with a used vehicle. On the used vehicle purchase we also purchased a service contract that was handled by a company called First Automotive. The transmission went out so we took it to a reputable tranmisstion shop and it was the worst experience dealing with First automotive. We found out when we purchased the vehicle and service contract we were only given the first page of a 12 page contract, I question if that's legal? The transmisstion shop... read more

I brought my car into service today. There was an issue with my transaction when I bought my car so they told me they would make up the inconvenience that it caused when I service my car. I mentioned it to the service advisor, and he said he would look into it. He made me wait for 20 min in the lounge and when I went back to check he was with another customer; it did not seem like he had done anything. I recently saw a vehicle that is listed on the website as being a certified vehicle. I went for a test drive, and loved the car. I called later that day and put a deposit down and by the next day submitted all required paperwork to the finance department through my sales rep Pierre F************ I was called on day 3 and told that the vehicle was falsely advertised as a Certified BMW and could not be sold as a certified vehicle because it did not get oil changes on schedule which is a requirement for certified vehicles.
