The service department is a Joke! I strongly recommend going to another service department. I came in for an oil change which I had an appointment for and it took them 3 1/2 hours, no one knew what was going on I honestly thought that they lost my car. Complete and utter disrespect for customers. I've purchased 7 vehicles from this particular dealership over the last four years and I guarantee you I will never be back. Every time I try to log on I find that my account is not available and am advised to try another time and even when I try days later I still have the same problem. I would refinance if I could because of this very poor service.

On December 9, 2024, I visited BMW of Mountain View for a left front brake pad and disc replacement, along with a general inspection. However, the service team failed to properly secure the lug nuts, creating a serious safety hazard. I needed a new Mini ****** key fob so I went to the dealer. When the key didn't work, I was treated as if I was some "scammer" looking to get something off the guy. The key did not fit in the door handle key slot and would not remotely lock or unlock. The Parts/Service desk told me it was my fault, my car's fault. He insinuated after-market blah blah. Do not purchase any used vehicles from this establishment. I purchased a 2019 X3 in August 2024 and have been paid over $5000 in repairs within 4-5 months. After the oil change, it was a tune up, cracked mount, wires left hanging from the previous owner, coolant system service done and now the radiator is seeping. They seem to be ok with selling used vehicles that are not BMW certified, but Inspected by Md, from the executive office to the Catonsville office. They have lost a valuable customer of 5 years.
We’ve leased several 750s & 540s from Advantage BMW Midtown over the last decade. Sales personnel have been responsive, straightforward & honest. Service staff have been helpful and the service work has been great too. The cars have been very reliable and fun to drive. Quality operation all around.

Super Terrible experience from Joshua M*** and Avoid this service center if you own a BMW CPO vehicle! I brought my BMW CPO vehicle here for a warranty repair, and the experience was terrible. The service team initially misdiagnosed the issue, and when they later found additional damage, they refused to honor the warranty, blaming "outside influence" with no solid proof.
