In December 2016 we purchased a 2017 *** X5 (new) to our specifications from the *********************** (**********) location. Prior to that we had purchased three certified *** SUVs; two X3s and one X5 (same location) bringing our own financing. This time we decided to let *** finance. When it came time to pay off my lease I paid all fees they requested including a 24 hr expediting fee. They sent the registration to the wrong address twice, losing it each time, despite having received written notice of an address correction more than six months before. This took three weeks to resolve. They finally sent me a new registration, but no title. It took them six weeks to send me a new title. Now they want to charge me a $110 "duplicate title fee" to replace the title that they lost.

I suddenly cannot access financial service via my *** app or directly online when I log into my *** it continues to say having technical difficulties. I need to make a payment. So I go through the painful experience of calling and because I dont know my account number they cant help me. I provide the social, name on the *************** number and the representative tells me he cant find anything and to call back when I have my vin. If you want my payment someone needs to contact me and locate my account!

I was leasing cars for half of my life. With VW (3 times), *************** ************ , ***** (1 time), ******* (1 time) . But never ever my experience was worse than with **** Let's start with the car. 2018 X2 ($40+K) did not have any security features assisting driver whatsoever (except back camera). In the world of banking, where no organization gets a good score, *** Financial works hard to maintain the cellar position for customer service and support. A terrible organization. Use another bank unless you enjoy self abuse.

I co-signed a loan with my son. He missed a payment during covid March 2020. I was not notified until july 2021 of the missed payment. I had to pay over ****** in late fees. A tree fell on my sons car and totaled it. The insurance company paid it off on 12/22/21 and *** continued taking out the monthly payment. USAA had to call *** and I still havent been reimbursed. I will never borrow money from them. Again. It was a nightmare! **************** is horrible!!!

This is a shamefully operated company. My vehicle was deemed a total loss over three months ago, and my insurance company has reached out repeatedly to get a letter of guarantee from BMW Financial Services ever since - without even getting a response. At the same time *** keeps billing me for the lease, for a car that I haven't had access to in 3 months. I will never EVER buy a *** or Mini again - and I have moved on to MB, which has been a wonderful experience.

My husband had purchased 6 vehicles with ************* we currently had 2 *** SUV's. Thirty-three days after he passed away I received a letter telling me that they had filed both accounts with a repossession recovery and they were coming to pick up the vehicles. I would be responsible for attorney fees, repossession fees and any additional fees incurred.
