BMW has had my vehicle in services for 2 months and they have not updated me on the status, and they refuse to return my calls. They assigned a case manager who is worthless and says he has no boss so I cannot speak with his supervisor. I want my contract voided so I can buy a better car from a better car maker.
It makes no sense if the dealership only brung forth a contradicting testimony from there technician saying it wasn’t oil related but I was able to show through documented evidence how his word wasn’t any good by bringing forth AN INVOICE where he stated it starved of oil due to a block oil screen pump , Alone with my extended warranty inspections reports showing that a fault code reading OIL LEVEL TO LOW had illuminated during the times I was returning the vehicle back in forth getting everything they recommended get done w... read more
I think a dealership should be trustworthy especially when handling other people's money. This dealership failed to do that
The worst repair people to deal with. After several repairs, my car is still not right. Have had wires running over my motor and car running hot on the way home. Had a motor issue repaired that is still the same years later, maybe even worse. Something illegal is going on with these people and they need to be addressed.
20** BMW ** ******** I purchased a 20** BMW ** ******** from this dealership on Aug 2024. I have only had the SUV a couple months when the Check Engine light came on this past Sunday Nov 17. Took it the dealership yesterday and a BMW Technician provided this report and video. A rodent chewed 2 wires that were surrounded by a plastic engine casing...Really. No evidence of any animal fur. Contrary to the assertions that the vehicle engine failure was due to the engine being "starved of oil", the undisputed evidence conclusively demonstrated that when inspected after the vehicle engine failure the oil level was determined to be less than one quart low. The determined cause of the engine failure was a broken timing chain guide. The Circuit Court for Montgomery County determined that there was no genuine dispute as to any material fact and that BMW ... read more
