Do not finance with this company. I purchase my car in 2017 they sold my loan to ********************** I had the title of my car i was living in ************ I registered my car in ************. Broke my privacy, spoke to someone unauthorized on my account and gave out personal information.. do not lease with them. Also will s**** you money wise, want final payment all at once but can breach privacy? Unprofessional company
I paid my account in full closed it 6 months ago bought my car off lease. STILL shows I owe them like 1700 dollars it was apparently reported to the credit companys wrong and it has royally screwed my credit up. They refuse to do anything about it. They just want to try and push it off on to the credit companys. They havent tried to call me even though Ive called and ask to speak to management several times. They just act clueless. I have a letter going to corporate; your offices have diminished over the years; first you didnt send me my registration for a lease and I received a 80 fine by ***************. Second, you dont remove credit information after the six year statute of limitations for NJ and completely ignore official letters. It is time to move on after 20 years. You guys **** and got worse year after year.
Worse company ever , they are stealing money from there consumer , the take your equity if your car is totaled or stolen . And even if your insurance covers there payoff , they still comes after you for your deductible and extra payment . Only company that does this , no other bank does this . They are stealing money and blaming it on there lease policy . Very low of them and they should be sued .
My mother passed away with a balance of $4,969 left remaining on the loan of a 2019 mini ****** ********** all4. I notified the probate department and was assured no late fees would be added and that I wasnt responsible for the debt. While going through ancillary probate they sent the payment to collections and repossessed the vehicle. I offered to pay the remaining balance and expressed the desire to refinance the car in my name once probate was finalized. this company's website for my account information is very seldom available for me to be able to review my account online. This is the worst service of any I have ever experienced. Every time I try to log on I find that my account is not available and am advised to try another time and even when I try days later I still have the same problem. I would refinance if I could because of this very poor service.

They require you to send a check (they recommend cashiers check!) in the MAIL to payoff your loan! What kind of unsafe and antiquated policy is this?? Oh and when you send the cashiers check certified mail and it gets lost, they wont waive any accrued interest even though you made a good faith payment and upheld your end of deal.
