Wade was a very kind, informative and efficient electrician. I have a 100amp panel and wanted to switch to electric Hot water. I was worried about having to upgrade my panel. I had no hot water when I called him, and needed to switch from Oil hot water to Electric. Wade clearly has a lifetime of knowledge, because he knew my panel type and what breakers were available to create more room whilst following code. Very knowledgeable person, went in to pick up a replacement for a faulty switch on my ETS unit and got a great run down on how to replace it myself as well as a tutorial on my existing ETS, learned a few tips on my unit…thanks
Honesty, ethics and integrity are three traits that businesses often sacrifice in order to increase profit. Wade at BRM Electrical demonstrated all three in his dealing with me. My home lost power after a botched dishwasher installation by a big box store. I found BRM on Google. Wade said he could make a house call at double time with a two-hour minimum. Instead, he solved the problem over the phone…at no charge. Canada needs more friendly people like Wade.
He supported my electrical call out in on a Friday. Last minute. I was happy he was available.
I had a detailed chat with the owner of bmr in which he outlined possible issues with my broken ets, various options for repair and replacement. He also explained advantages of ets vs heat pump. Top notch service and I wasn’t even a customer. O would highly recommend bmr for your ets needs
