May just be our implementation, but workflow just doesn't exist as a user of the system. You have to click through 5 screens to get a form that prints so tiny that you can't read it. There's zero consideration for those who actually use this system to manage and track their daily tasks. *edit* I forgot to mention zero touch screen support. You can't open tickets on a touch screen... It just highlights text because the links aren't actually recognized as such by touchscreens in Edge (which I'm forced to use by my organization... read more
