Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Been using the software for a year. I spend 80% of my day updating tasks and work orders. A 5 minute task now takes 2 hours to complete. Efficiency is in the toilet.
After working 3 different DoD Help Desks, I can say with a 100% certainty that Remedy is the worst software I have ever worked with. It freezes like the T-1000 fell into liquid Nitrogen, and it crashes like planes on 9/11! The ONLY reason I give it ONE star is because I HAVE to in order to rate..
