BMC has lots of great software tools and built-in best practices. Lately innovation is the keyword and they are really changing the game with MyIT, SmartIT, Innovation Studio, and Truesight. Definitely the products to look at and use, since they are very user friendly and using them becomes a pleasure rather than cumbersome form-filling.
