BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization is an excellent product, and when I do have self inflicted, or other issues, the technical support is very good. Despite being a feature rich product (read complicated), I can quickly deliver value to my customers and help my customers gain value 'without going through IT' which makes everyone happy.
How lucky am I that I get to work with BMC products and staff! Their Staff and products are first class and always striving to be better and faster! Just installed AR Server 9.1, ITSM 9.1, SMART IT, Smart Reporting and RSSO. Can't wait to go live with everything! Our pilot IT support staff is super excited about SMART IT! Yeah BMC!
