I was very impressed that I was able to be seen right away for my abscessed tooth.
Very professional...appreciate the thorough explanations and discussions...and quickly sense the high ethics of this practice.
Dr. Biggerstaff and his team are the best. Even when I go for something more than a routine visit, I always leave feeling that I received the best possible care. Everyone in the office from the receptionist to the Dental Assistants are top notch, friendly professionals. Dr. Biggerstaff is not only a wonderfully accomplished Dentist but also "a heck of a nice guy". We are new to the area and are very happy that we have found such a wonderful dental group.
Always pleasant, as usual! I already have referred new neighbors to Blue Wave.
Everybody at this practice are wonderful to work with. The only negative thing I would have to say is that they should not change the way they charge the patient. Asking them to pay up front and submitting it to their insurance for reimbursement is bad. Most people do not have the hundreds of dollars that it takes to float the bill until they get it back from the insurance company. This should be part of doing business by the Dentist and to not put it back on the patients.
Meagan was friendly, gentle and thorough as always. It's fun to catch up with her family news and pictures. Dr. Sweeney is terrific! He doesn't do work until it needs to be done. We've been "watching" a few teeth for a couple of years.
AS ALWAYS, THE STAFF ARE SO VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. LAUREN IS A DOLL AND ALWAYS DOES A GOOD JOB.
Early morning Dr. B. and Michelle spend nearly four hours in my mouth, giving me two new crowns! Long time in chair, but truly worth it. Thank you!
Dr. B, Brittany, Nancy and Tiffany were excellent as usual.
