Very thorough. Has all the latest equipment. Competent staff.
As always a pleasant experience.
I had a concern with a tooth. They called back quickly, and was seen quickly. After an assessment of the tooth, the dentist spent a full hour with me answering questions about my options. Very helpful.
Visit was good and people were very professional. One issue that I am not sure how I feel about: The insurance issue is unusual and is taking time to get used to. Basically the requirement is the patient pays all charges up front and then gets reimbursed by their own individual insurance companies. This is not a major issue for me however it is an inconvenience. For some it could be a major issue depending on their own finances.

Great follow-up for appointments, very considerate of my schedule. As always my experience was excellent.
Very friendly, efficient, professional and modern enviornment. Without dental insurance, I did find the charge for just a cleaning to be high.
Always a pleasant experience. Lauren is a great hygienist and I enjoy talking with her. I always feel like I get a great cleaning. Dr. Biggerstaff takes time to answer any of my questions.
