Appointment reminder calls should be made one day ahead of the appointment. I received a call on Monday for a Thursday appointment. Short term memory being what it is, I am lucky I remembered to come in.

Moving from NY and changing doctors and dentist can be stressful, however I am so pleased with Blue Wave. I was not rushed and the hygienist was gentle and thorough and friendly. My gums were not throbbing when I left as had often been the case in NY. Dr. Biggerstaff was also great. Would surely recommend them.

This was one of the best experiences I've had getting a couple of fillings. I had no pain at all. It was great.
The staff and service were great, as always. However, I won't be coming back. The new payment policy does not work for me. I cannot pay $300 up front for a cleaning and wait for insurance reimbursement. My insurance plan clearly pays 100% for 2 cleanings per year. This is a huge disappointment.
