Just got turned away from the resort. Reservation was paid full and confirmed with the resort at least twice. And in the middle of tropical storm we were left with no place to stay and two very disappointed kids in the car that were super excited about staying in the resort. But I guess our full hookup and fully contained pop up trailer and our money were not welcome in there. I hope you treat your other customers better as you have just ruined our day!
