HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I found the apartments to be cheap, unethical, insulting, condescending and very energy in-efficient! The wiring was faulty, so the maintenance dept went to fix it, they tracked attic insulation and their dirty boots all over my apartment, including my own master bedroom and closet just to invade my personal space, didn't even offer to clean it up. The nosiest staff ever, claims I "Moved-IN" my own sister and her dog, it was the Christmas holiday and I think they stayed a total of 3 nights during a visit... read more
I LOVE Bluestone Apartments! Everyone is so accommodating!! If there is a service issue, they immediately are at your door to fix the problem. I never have to worry about my safety. I'm glad to call this complex home �
RecommendedI have lived at Bluestone Apartments now for 3 yrs. We were first in an apartment & now in a townhouse. I have to say the staff made the transition smooth & quick, because we all know moving is dreadful. I enjoy living here due to the promptness of the staff addressing issues, cleanliness, the pool, the staff & no drama!
I have been here since 2016 and love it !! Very clean and quiet !! Amazing professional staff !!! Never leaving !!!
My husband and I have LOVED calling Bluestone home for almost 10 years now and I look forward to 10+ more!! Such a friendly, quiet community in a convenient location. Our townhome is very spacious, well maintained and fairly priced. The gym is new, the dog park is awesome and the pool is clean and ohhhhh so refreshing!!! They do anything they can to get your money. Outrageous fees for little things
Very rude customer service. Stood up there 30 minutes trying to get a light bulb . Agent was busy going over a lease but could have acknowledge my presence. For paying well over a 1000 a month surely they could find someone who could mutitask
Well this is the second day of listening to a large non-stop barking & howling dog that our upstairs neighbor has. We have notified the office & nothing has been done. This isn't surprising seeing how the office has been notified of previous incidents with prior upstairs neighbors that were never taken care of. It would be nice if some action were actually taken to rectify the issues!
