So happy to have found this clinic. Have been on the wait list for a doctor since 2019, and with an ongoing issue I needed someone consistent. The NPs here are kind, caring and give you the time and attention you need to support you. The front desk team (especially Kristen) have been so helpful with follow ups and booking appointments. I’ve been a subscriber at Bluenose Health for over a year. Originally I used the location in Mahone Bay and subsequently moved to Halifax when the Mahone Bay location closed. I’ve since cancelled my subscription. I’ve found this organization to be largely a waste of my time and money. This clinic dropped me because I expressed that I did not want to schedule an appointment for two slots. I was not rude, just simply stated that I wasn't interested in doing so. I was told they would speak to the nurse and get back to me ... minutes later I receive an email stating they're dropping me as a patient because of repeatedly declining appointments. .... Very unprofessional, no follow up just constant withdrawals from my checking account. When I asked they stop, they refunded three months and then I saw they had started withdrawing money AGAIN! Exam equipment wasn't working, couldn't even see in my ear, and never followed up on medical testing she suggested. Very poor service and extremely bad bookkeeping. Moved out of Mahone Bay quickly and without warning for whatever reason, so now we're all left high and dry again.
Was nice in the beginning pleasant experience and first appointment but since those staff have left it is now a scam and paying a monthly fee for whoever is left to ignore your calls and not have appointments available. Still taking peoples money but not able to provide service or give notice that there would be delays.
