Best products in Philadelphia! – I have tried many beauty products over the years but have never found any as wonderful as the ones at Bluemercury. A friend from work recommened that I try their products for my oily skin. Well, I was skeptical at first, but Bluemercury won me over -- and my skin has never looked better! Now I am a regular shopper at Bluemercury and I love all their products! I would recommend this store to anyone. The store is beautiful and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The esthetician/makeup artist discusses skin care concerns before leading you to a small room for robe and slippers, and then into a minimalist treatment room with mint green and sky blue walls. Even when You Are a Size 0, They're Still Rude – The products at bluemercury are what you would expect at a higher-end cosmetics store, but they have nothing you cannot get elsewhere in Philadelphia or online. Very helpful ! – I went to bluemercury with my husband who couldn't find his european shampoo anywhere in philly and was sent there to get a replacement. The assistant seemed very knowledgeable and friendly and the recommended product works perfectly well. Although I was perfectly willing to spend more on a big bottle of conditioner and buy even the big shampoo the assistant recommended to try the small conditioner first and see if I like it ! Amazing Shopping Experience!!! – I just moved to philly and sort of stumbled upon Bluemercury which was one of the greatest finds EVER!!! The staff is so knowledgeable and attentive that I wont shop anywhere else. I am in my mid 30 and still have those stubborn breakouts but I am also concerned about aging and the girls were able to prescribe me an awesome new skincare routine. I thought the customer service was superb and I just love the whole atmosphere of Bluemercury.
Client for Life! – Bluemercury is to be commended on their excellent customer service. The sales staff was very nice and informative. After discussing my skincare concerns, the sales associate made samples for me to try in order to find what works best for my skin. A week later I went back to purchase and had a facial in the spa. Their beauty expertise has made me a client for life!
rude customer service – The staff are snobby and dismissive. Even though there was only one other customer in the store, the salesperson literally waved her hand away while I asked questions about a facial product she recommended --- which turned out to dry out my skin even further. I no longer use the product and I would not recommend anyone to go to this store.
Best makeup in Philly – I love going to this store! They carry brands you could not get in center city before. Everytime I shop there the staff is very sweet and has full knowledge of the products they carry. Don't let the beautiful surroundings distract you from all of the wonderful products.
