Philadelphia Find – I travel 300 miles twice a year to Bluemercury in Philadelphia.. If you have not tried it you must. The consultants are gracious, skilled and helpful. I have a makeover and pleasant conversation and leave feeling pampered and wonderfully attractive. I am over 50 and a size 10. AWESOME – You were so right !!!! About Jae Barnes her waxing is so awesome my Brazilian painless I was done with in 15mins. She made me feel very comfortable. Also she is the brow doctor they look awesome. She a bit of a neat control (smile) I like that.
Great Products, Rude Salespeople – The reason I keep coming back here is because Bluemercury carries the hip new makeup and standby luxury skincare brands. But their salespeople are AWFUL. I rarely log on to write a bad review and must admit that I thought other people were exaggerating on here...until I went and saw for myself. Amazing Facial – To be honest, I am a metrosexual guy; I get facials 4-6 times a year, and have had them all over the world. I just moved from NYC and wanted one ASAP to destress. This wasn't my first choice due to price and being a chain, but man am I glad I went there. Kelly Smith (definitely ask for her), is simply amazing; she clearly knows her stuff from a technical standpoint but is also very soothing, I can't recommend her highly enough. The only draw back is that I will have to get these reguarly.
The best brazilian wax ever!!! – I spent three years leaving in Philadelphia trying to find the perfect brazilian wax and after so many tries I went to Bluemercury. Best products in Philadelphia! – I have tried many beauty products over the years but have never found any as wonderful as the ones at Bluemercury. A friend from work recommened that I try their products for my oily skin. Well, I was skeptical at first, but Bluemercury won me over -- and my skin has never looked better! The esthetician/makeup artist discusses skin care concerns before leading you to a small room for robe and slippers, and then into a minimalist treatment room with mint green and sky blue walls. Even when You Are a Size 0, They're Still Rude – The products at bluemercury are what you would expect at a higher-end cosmetics store, but they have nothing you cannot get elsewhere in Philadelphia or online. And I would wholeheartedly recommend getting your products elsewhere. The staff is . . . well, lazy.
