Absolute Worst Customer Service Anywhere EVER – Worst customer service I have ever encountered ANYWHERE in my life. I am a cosmetic junkie who regularly spends thousands a year - this place offers a great selection but, after my experiences there, I will not set foot in this salon. Beware. Better customer service at Macy's. Better prices on eBay.
Philadelphia Find – I travel 300 miles twice a year to Bluemercury in Philadelphia.. If you have not tried it you must. The consultants are gracious, skilled and helpful. I have a makeover and pleasant conversation and leave feeling pampered and wonderfully attractive. I am over 50 and a size 10. AWESOME – You were so right !!!! About Jae Barnes her waxing is so awesome my Brazilian painless I was done with in 15mins. She made me feel very comfortable. Also she is the brow doctor they look awesome. She a bit of a neat control (smile) I like that.
Great Products, Rude Salespeople – The reason I keep coming back here is because Bluemercury carries the hip new makeup and standby luxury skincare brands. But their salespeople are AWFUL. I rarely log on to write a bad review and must admit that I thought other people were exaggerating on here...until I went and saw for myself. They're like a bunch of rude pirhanas, following you around the store as if you're going to steal something (even if you go in well-dressed & with expensive handbag!). Amazing Facial – To be honest, I am a metrosexual guy; I get facials 4-6 times a year, and have had them all over the world. I just moved from NYC and wanted one ASAP to destress. This wasn't my first choice due to price and being a chain, but man am I glad I went there. Kelly Smith (definitely ask for her), is simply amazing; she clearly knows her stuff from a technical standpoint but is also very soothing, I can't recommend her highly enough. The only draw back is that I will have to get these reguarly.
Best Staff and esthetician ever!! I fly in from out of town to see Besty! – I went to this spa on my husbands recommendation before we got married. I got a facial there. It was awesome. The best brazilian wax ever!!! – I spent three years leaving in Philadelphia trying to find the perfect brazilian wax and after so many tries I went to Bluemercury. betsy is the greatest skin care pro that I've ever had (that's saying a lot) – I have been a hairdresser for years and have worked at fancy spa's and have had many service providers. I have never been happier. I've seen betsy for almost two years, I buy all of my skin care from her and I have all of my man-scaping (waxing) done here.
