The townhouse is a nice, nice place to live and a location is great for students but the maintenance is terrible. The top floor AC will not cool down. It is 92° in July inside for those two top bedrooms. And cannot get anyone over there to fix it

Would not recommend! If I could give 0 stars I would. First off there was an unknown water leak, not from my negligence, that the city had to call and notify me. I call BK and let them know. They came out and was gone in 15 mins. My bill had increased over $150 due to that water leak. Everyone in that office gave me the run around. Then said “oh just send statements of your bill and they’ll make an adjustment” I literally got nothing. Never talked to anyone but the guy in the front office. We had a pleasant experience with Bluekey Properties. They came highly recommended while we were searching for a place.
