Would not recommend! If I could give 0 stars I would. First off there was an unknown water leak, not from my negligence, that the city had to call and notify me. I call BK and let them know. They came out and was gone in 15 mins. My bill had increased over $150 due to that water leak. Everyone in that office gave me the run around. Then said “oh just send statements of your bill and they’ll make an adjustment” I literally got nothing. Never talked to anyone but the guy in the front office. We had a pleasant experience with Bluekey Properties. They came highly recommended while we were searching for a place. Al was accommodating with our schedule, making it easy for us to view the property. He was always just a phone call away, promptly returning any calls or texts regarding our questions or concerns.
Would not recommend them. You will not get your security deposit back from them. In fact, they say I owe them money for normal house cleaning, painting the living, and replacing the smoke detectors. $793.00 worth of expenses.
