Never had any issues. My and my wife were living there for almost two years. And office people are nice and helpful every time.
The townhouse is a nice, nice place to live and a location is great for students but the maintenance is terrible. The top floor AC will not cool down. It is 92° in July inside for those two top bedrooms. And cannot get anyone over there to fix it
