No wait on a Saturday afternoon!!! Everyone was extremely friendly, from reception to nurses to doctor. I was very pleased with the care I was given.
No nonsense quick, easy, and professional.
Get rid of your doctor. Went today for 2 1/2 hours. Thought I had strep. Fever 3 days of 102-103 swollen glands, can’t swallow, headache. He said strep was negative. Gave me a speech on it being copd. Last I checked doesnt cause these symptoms either. Which I do not have copd. Gave 5 RX antihistamine, inhaler, Tylenol, antacid, I at least did get antibiotics. This place does not care at all for patients. I went there on an evening because it's cheaper to go there than the emergency room. Won't make that mistake again no matter how much I have to pay. I went in because I was sick, my asthma was bothering me and I kept getting sharp unbearable pains in my head. The doctor only listened to my breathing. They are out of strep and flu tests but don’t bother to tell you until you have already waited an hour and paid your copay.
We use to really like the convenience of being so close to what WAS a decent place to receive the small health care as far as colds, viruses, etc.. It was bought by bluegrass and since then the wait is always VERY long! Every time. Today I sat in waiting room for over an hour and a half with only one person in front of us who was also waiting and was very frustrated. We were here when they opened at 9:00. Didn’t see a doctor until 11:00. According to the front desk person he was the only doctor here and was on the phone. He spent 2 HOURS on the phone while there were 2 patients waiting for help. And he’s the owner. Never going back.
DON’T DO IT. We waited an hour with a 6 year old who had a 101.5 fever and was coughing all over the waiting room. They took everyone else before us (including someone only needing a physical). The doctor was a joke and I personally didn’t trust his diagnosis and will likely be taking my poor 6 year old somewhere else tomorrow. Lastly, the lady at the front desk was RUDE as ever and needs to find a new job. Just saying 🤷🏼♀️
