RecommendedProof Positive! Yes, you can have a good experience at the doctor’s office! Visiting the area & ended up here for some medical help. Clean lobby, pleasant staff, great nurse & attentive Doc. Top it off with practically zero wait time. Highly recommend!
I waited for over an hour in the waiting room by myself sick as could be. They then put me in an exam room where I sat for 2 hours and 15 minutes without a single person coming in the room. I asked twice if a doctor was going to see me and they lied both times and said I was next. I then discovered that the "doctor" was giving a physical to someone that came in 1 1/2 hours after me. For the love of God, do not go to bluegrass urgent care for a covid test! It has been 2 and a half weeks since I was tested and STILL NO RESULTS! No one answers the phones, you can't leave a message and no one replies to emails either. The only reason I went was because the summit view drive thru testing had been closed down for a short period. I would never ever go back there! Ridiculous!
Staff was terrible. Never answered the phone. Couldn’t leave a voicemail. Been 8 days and still no test results. Can’t get in contact with anyone at any location. Go somewhere else
This is the worst medical provider imaginable. No communication, no method to contact them. They are unresponsive and unprofessional. They have misinformation regarding their services and hours at each website or google page they own. No one has an explanation, only excuses that are irrelevant.
My mom and brother have experience terrible service! Very unprofessional. They went in for COVID 19 test and test were done in the hallway in the dark and results were supposed to be in days ago and we do not get an answer when we try to call voice mail is full and one time we got through the person that picked up just took their names and don’t check for the results to let us know when they were on the phone.
RecommendedDr. So is an AMAZING doctor. He is one doctor that my entire family trusts. He has a great bedside manner and puts his patients needs above all else. Some people are complaining about other staff or doctor's (some of which aren't even working there anymore), but I won't see anyone else because I trust Dr.so so much.. To me, this doctor's medical advice is the end all be all because I trust him so much.
