RecommendedToday my 2 year old son had his third appointment with Bluegrass Pediatric Dentistry ! I can’t say enough good things about the staff ! From the front desk to the assistants and dentists ! They always take time to answer any and all questions ! Bluegrass Pediatric Dentistry makes going to the dentist easy and fun!
My boys loved coming here. They went above and beyond to make sure they had a good experience.
My daughter always has a postive experience at BPD. The office staff is attentive and courteous. Whitney, is an amazing hygienist, she's wonderful with kids. Dr. Lucas, is always very informative and easy to talk to. I have recommended their facility to several others, their children have also had postive visits. Way to go BPD, keep up the great work! Our children adore you ♡
I cancelled due to an unmissable appointment. They dropped my children from their list. They have children's names and birthdates that are not my children linked to my account. They should be investigated for insurance fraud IMO.
My children had cleanings scheduled for 9 am on this Monday morning. I called to reschedule as soon as they opened due to the fact that it was snowing and there is black ice and snow on the roads. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I hung up and called back. The lady answered the phone, and said, “ yea, we cancelled them but won’t be rescheduling with you.” And I ask them if there was a reason that we couldn’t reschedule? The staff was extremely nice, the facility was perfect, and the dentist and all staff were extremely patient with my boys ❤ we absolutely loved our first visit and can't wait to go back! Highly recommend them especially if your children have a hard time going to the dentist or are scared.

We were a day early for our appointment but they worked us in anyway! We love the dentist, assistants, hygienists, and staff!
They do such a great job. Staff is polite and the dentistry is clean.
