What an awful experience! My 4 year old broke his arm, and we were referred here by his primary care doctor. Upon arrival we checked in and waited over an hour to be seen. That’s fine places are busy I get that. So we finally got back in a room and Dr. ONeil came in, and basically acted as if my baby’s arm had been injured a while. Which made me feel awful, he never complained, cried, I had no idea his arm was hurt. Dr. O Neil continued making subliminal comments, never asking how it happened, a back story, nothing. Most unprofessional office staff. I was second in line and the front desk person saw us, yet she took many others in front of the two of us. The PA didn’t answer one of my questions. Wanted me in and out. Gave me a prescription and I have no idea what it is.
they were on time. All the staff were very efficient. I got relief of my shoulder pain.
Great experience and I will definitely recommend.
