I initially had a positive experience with Blue Grape throughout the home staging process. However, everything fell apart at the final stage — the pickup. Prior to the scheduled furniture pickup, I asked the owner if he wanted a queen mattress I no longer needed. He confirmed that he did. Based on that conversation, I made arrangements and had my movers take care of everything else, leaving only the staged furniture and the mattress the owner agreed to take.
