Dr. Ames and staff are wonderful! Hygienist are super sweet and patient. Dr. Ames is wonderful and communicative!
Exceptional care! My daughter has non-verbal autism and required general anesthesia, which can be incredibly stressful. Dr. Ames and his team were remarkably patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. Dr. Tim, the anesthesiologist, was equally wonderful, taking the time to address every one of my concerns with kindness.
Dr. Ames was a lifesaver. Found the best approach to help with my son's teeth, and really worked with us so thoughtfully. The whole office was so helpful too. Dr. Ames was so engaging and helped my worried son feel at ease. A great place to take your kids and find the best answers!
Do not recommend, dr Ames was very dismissive towards my son. Anytime my son would mention something hurt or started to freak out, dr Ames would tell him it didn’t hurt. Gaslighting him and saying I wasn’t even doing anything to you when you said ow. Dr Ames didn’t even try to explain to my son anything he was going to do or explain how different gadgets worked that he was putting in his mouth.
