Bluebird Homecare Birmingham is a wonderful service! They provided caregivers 24/7 after my mom returned home from the hospital, and have continued to provide excellent daytime care!. The caregivers are the best- professional, knowledgeable, and also punctual! Angela and her team do a great job- the operation is seamless and the online billing is so convenient. This is our family’s first experience with home health care and we are so happy with Bluebird!
Did not get the pleasure of experiencing as an employee but the person that contacted me for an interview was Nicole Jones, no title announced. I arrived at the interview on time, stood at the front desk for 15 minutes as several staff members walked passed me, no one stopped and asked if they could help. Bluebird Homecare, led by Angela Rothrock, literally saved our lives. After encouraging my parents to move more than 10 years ago, they decided to age in place........ a home they had resided in for 50 years. I would highly recommend Bluebird Homecare to anyone that needs in home care for a loved one. Angela has a wealth of knowledge and experience in providing in home care, and the caregivers were all attentive to my mom's needs. Scheduling was very easy, and we appreciated the ability to create our own shift times. We felt very comfortable with the staff, and we were grateful for the consistency and assistance.
I felt safe leaving my mom in the care of the caregivers sent by Bluebird. They were kind and professional. It was also great that if someone cancelled the company took care of finding a replacement so we never had a gap in care. The director, Angela, was very helpful and responded quickly to questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Bluebird Homecare!
