Had a fabulous lunch at Bluebird yesterday! How have we not known about this place?! Smoked wings were amazing! We all had brisket sandwiches and we loved them. Homemade Pickles and all the sauces were delicious. Our server (Sam?) was very nice as well as the rest of the staff. When we left the bartender and the hostess said goodbye which unfortunately doesn't always happen at alot of restaurants. The Bluebird will definitely be the first place we go to when we're back in Vermont!
First Timers ! Wonderful Atmosphere & Staff ! AMAZING FOOD !
I ordered the 15 hour brisket and it ended up giving me five hours worth of pain, I was up all night with it. It took what seemed like forever to get the food and when it finally arrived the portion size was rather disappointing considering how much it cost.
Second time here and loved everything we ordered. Mac and cheese and cornbread are a must.
The service was great, the beer was delicious, and the food was stellar. This unassuming building on Riverside Ave. boasts fabulous interiors, bar, and BBQ.
