Disappointed in event catering....Took almost a month to get an official quote....was told about $40/person....but when the official quote finally arrived it turned out to be more than $110/person for a buffet with cash bar, not including plates, utensils, tablecloths ect....for a mid week event??? Seems pretty excessive.....
Brisket was on point! Coleslaw was fresh and good.
Have eaten BBQ from Texas to Michigan and everywhere in between . Wasn't sure what to expect from this part of the country . Bluebirds is great BBQ ! The baby backs are primo and the brisket is wonderful . Without the sauces the meat holds its own in smoke flavor . If you can , save room for some bread pudding �
