My name is Hilda Carrier and I was at your restaurant last even I was celebrating my granddaughters birthday. I had sliced turkey (turkey was thin and Smooth with no turkey tastes at all. My 2 sides were toast and Cole slaw. Turkey and gravy were cold. All of this for 21.00. So tax and tip brought it up to 30.00. I am not writing this to be mean. The food was disappointing. Always a great time. Amazing drinks, best bbq in the northeast, and always good service. Only disappointment was we missed out on the creme brûlée, but we got burnt ends. 😄
I had pulled pork, Cole slaw and mac and cheese all of it was excellent and the biscuits were genuine homemade biscuits!! I'd definitely go back.
It was my first time here and I thought it was great. The only thing you need to work on (besides making Margaritas) is serving your food warm or hot. Our meat was cold and a friend of mine said the same about that when she visited. She told me she won't go back. It is nice to get a warm meal, not cold. Please work on that. I plan to go back sometime.
The food was great. The service was wonderful. The brisket, was among the best, along with the chicken and ribs. Over the past couple years I have been very disappointed in the barbecue that I've had. From North Carolina to Kansas City, Texas and various places in the south. Was very pleasantly surprised of how good the barbecue is here. Next time I'm in Vermont I will definitely stop by and have another meal.
The food was okay, nothing exceptional. I wouldn't eat there again. The food was served cold and the chicken wings were dry. We ordered the BBQ for two which could have served only one person - the servings were small.
The best bbq i had so far and the best staff !! SMOKE ON !!
