The website said it opened at 4:30 then it changed to 5:18 know one answered the phone we wanted to order an early dinner but we waited an hour and a half for bluebird to open but you where not on time opening very disappointed

Me and my girlfriend ordered the $40 barbecue for two. The food was delicious but the portion sizes were way too small. I've been to quite a few barbecue places and this was the worst value of any of them.

Went in with a friend, we ordered the pulled pork poutine and it took a little long to come out but we didn't complain. When they brought out dinner out the waiter informed us that they thought it took too long to come out and they had taken it off the bill! Cute waiter, awesome food, definitely going to go back!
I must comment; being from Texas and growing up in the BBQ business I consider myself a pretty good judge of Bar B-Q, and I must say I was impressed with the quality of the brisket, as well as the other items I observed at our table of 14. Meat was smoked to perfection and was very moist and tender, but not overcooked. The sauces were good as well and I tried both the Texas style sauce and the Maple based sauce. It was okay...portions were small and the sides were cold. A little pricey for the area. Great beer selection and a good size bar, so it's a great place to watch the game. Lock your car and set the Alarm, our car was broken into and my phone was stolen, I didn't realize it was located in a bad area when I googled it.
