I love me some Blue Water Jewelers. They are always so helpful and are a pleasure to do business with. They recently did a custom Ruby ring for me that I had made for my wife and our new daughter Ruby and my wife LOVES it! They also helped me piece together our engagement Ring and Wedding Ring.

Owners were rude! I just couldn't work with them with the attitude they had, really upset me.
I needed a watch battery replaced and even though the watch technician was not in the store that day, instead of making me leave it and come back, they had another technician replace the battery for me. I was in and out in under 10 minutes - exceptional service!

Blue water jewelers replaced a diamond in my engagement ring last year when it popped out a few days before our engagement pictures. Today that same halo diamond was a little bit loose and they put it back in for me at no charge. They also offered to check it anytime I wanted to swing by. They are always so nice and helpful.
