I have nothing but thanks to Blue water climate control .Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. Michael Fernandez was the technician that I dealt with and he was very professional and took the time to answer and explain everything I asked. The whole team was great at keeping in contact and communicating.
Came out on Saturday and determined the issue with our heat, gave us repair options, went and picked up the part and made the repair.
Michael was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Good local company, would recommend.
I have been working with BWCC for about 2 years now. I refuse to use anyone else. They have been nothing but professional, friendly and extremely helpful. We had our HVAC go out and they worked with our insurance company to get us a new unit along with ducts. We're so very thankful for the honesty that this company provides.
