These folks renovated our pool in late 2014. Although the process was not without issues, the end result is beautiful, and Blue Tree was responsive and reasonable in addressing those issues. Recently, a couple of our coping tiles flaked, and this past week they came to replace them. We have used Blue Tree Landscaping, Inc. for well over 10 years and they not only are the Primo landscaping company in the Blue Bell area but also the most responsible and quality landscaping company. Blue Tree Landscaping, Inc.’s is community and customer oriented. The office staff is always pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable as is the lawn crew - all of who go above and beyond to make our yard a showpiece. Absolutely terrible excuse for a landscaping company. I live in a rental community, so I have no say over anything. They keep the blades up high enough so they can drive over our walkways, and it causes the grass to just be flattened instead of cut. The grass is over 6 inches high even after they “cut” it. My yard is like a damn jungle all the time, which makes it a haven for ticks.

Hi Melissa. Our blades are set to cut 3" high. It has nothing to do with going over walkways. If you call the management company and let them know your concerns, they will contact us so we can properly address your concerns.
Perhaps if we hired Blue Tree privately we could be as happy with them as everyone else seems to be. Unfortunately, we live in a 55+ community with a Homeowners Association. Blue tree does our lawn care. We get "one size fits all" service.Their help all speak Spanish so unless you speak Spanish too it is impossible to communicate with them. They mow our lawn early in the morning every week when the grass is wet. As a result, the grass doesn't get properly cut it gets flattened by the wide mower tires. We have used Blue Tree for years in our community, they are always professional and do a great job. More recently we hired them for tree removal, lawn, and clean up. Tim is amazing!
