I was one of the original renters when Celeste at La Cantera (a Alliance Residential property). Sadly, the living experience at Celeste has gone down hill fast over the past 12 months. The staff are horrible (either "ice queen" Jill -Asst mgr) or unhelpful "mgr" Tabitha). Here is short list of the issues at Celeste: 1. Terrible management. I had to take them to small claims court to get PART of my deposit back. Which, their deposits are ridiculous and outlandish. For pets there is a $300 NON refundable pet deposit PER PET. Then regular refundable pet deposits on top of the regular deposit and "administrative fee." Apartments are old and terrible, they do not have good upkeep and maintenance can take forever! If they show up at all... We've had two bikes stolen since Greystar took over the management of our apartment complex. The first from the secure bike storage, and the second on 10/2/2020 from our private storage unit that we pay for (see photos). When we discovered the theft, we told the office boy who said he already knew...HE DID NOT ALERT US! Our things were sitting exposed to everyone all day.
