The managers, Kate *****being the most notable, have refused to answer my emails notifying them that I was injured on the Lofts Apartments property. I stepped on a skinny metal rod of some sort in the parking lot. It went through my shoe and foot. I had to go to the hospital to get it yanked out and a tetanus shot. Unfortunately, I fell for the same thing as many previous reviews, in regards to being nickeled and dimed after moving out. It took 30 days to hear back from Greystar on my security deposit from Skyhouse Orlando. I received a charge of $155.00 as a cleaning fee. I immediately emailed them to dispute it; I even cleaned behind/under the oven and fridge, which you cannot ask for more than that level of detail from a tenant. Moved in date was June 17th. It has been 5 months of living under a third story neighbor that consistently breaks multiple community guidelines, and oh have I complained. This place still will do nothing about these people. Again tonight I was woken up at 12AM to an onslaught of stomping back and forth room to room with no pattern. By far the worst experience renting in my life. I understand that some people think the office staff are "nice", but that does not excuse the lack of professionalism, and the dangerous building exterior. There are broken lights, disgusting garbage bins, overflowing dog poop bins, no regard for safety on outside icy stairs, staff is combative when communicating with a customer, screaming kids daily in hallways, amenities are closed at will without proper notification of reopening, walls are paper thin, windows and patio doors... read more
I really hope I read the reviews of BBB before moving in. The management team just want to trip tenants' money. The only thing they help me to move in was giving me the keys and remote. There are no instructions of car registration and my car was towed on the first week moving in. Their attitude is super arrogant and have zero empathy to customers.
This is the worst complex I’ve ever lived at. Me and my girl have literally put in a maitnence request every month for the ac not cooling down. They come out and say you have the best ac. No we don’t because we have it set at 70 when we get home at 6pm and at 11pm it’s 75. This company needs to be shut dow!
San Riva apartments managed my Alliance staff is the worst property I’ve ever lived at. I continue getting bills that were wrong for my last 4 months of living there. I’ve moved and continue to receive monthly rent bills although I no longer live there. I would never recommend the San Riva property to anyone. STAY AWAY. The leasing consultants Jay and CJ don’t know how to do their jobs, completely unprofessional and terrible at their jobs.
Due amount was miscalculated by galleria palms office and charged penalty. When I asked about the Late charges they waived off the penalty . I told this was not mistake from me asked about miscalculation due amount and now manager is threatening that they will put the charges again..This is completely unfair...

Hello, I see that you paid your October prorate correctly but then ended up canceling your notice to vacate on 10/6/20 to move out mid October, therefore the rest of October's rent was due. I see you paid the remaining balance on 10/12/20 and as a courtesy, all late fees were waived. All late fees begin on the 4th of every month. Normally I wouldn't leave review for an apartment complex management company (******** **** ***********, but I don't want someone to move in and experience the same misfortunes as I did (and other people I've spoken to regarding similar issues).
