My girlfriend and I stayed at the Blue Sky Lodge for a weekend during the Monterrey Jazz Festival. We stayed in a suite as it was the last available and our rooms where like a time capsule from the 60's. Shag carpet, a harvest gold refrigerator, and an ashtray in every room. Great quiet location close to Carmel valley village. The only challenge was that the room smelled like cigarettes. A little gross but in line with the period theme.
This was one of the nicest stay ever in another place that is not my own house. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
