Absolutely terrible experience. We were told a property was available. We applied and paid the application fee. Days go by and we check in only to be told the owner is holding off on renting it out. He replied to zero messages and completely ghosted us.
I dont know Doug personally but I have family that rents at one of the property he manages. The way he does business is very shady when you have people of fixed incomes it is not right to up the deposit after living in the home for years. I understand it is legal in the state of Az however come on it dont see why your would do that after taking over the a property to manage. Sounds like he was to grease his pockets.
I wouldn't even give him one star .watch this mr.doug .he likes to scam people make people live w roaches broken windows. Yet he collects government money.beware of him .think twice about doing any business w him I express this so much he wears a mask
Worst, laziest unless property management company ever. Never fixed issues we complained about for 2 years. Lied all the time. Would not do a thing until we threatened to get a lawyer involved.
